个人简介
2012-2017年就读于南京大学医学院基础医学专业,硕士及博士期间从事复杂性疾病的遗传机制研究,主要研究课题为中国人ABCA3和MUTYH基因变异与特发性肺纤维化的遗传基础研究。本人一直从事单基因遗传性疾病基因诊断及相关实验技术方面工作,重点研究激素耐药型肾病综合征新致病基因的挖掘及机制研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目(81800652)、江苏省博士后科研资助项目(2019K156)、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目(229906)各1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。在遗传性疾病方面发表SCI论文多篇,其中第一作者论著3篇,综述1篇。参与申报发明专利1项。现为中国病理学会会员,江苏省医学会罕见病学分会秘书,plos one杂志审稿人。
